State Program Report

Welcome to the State Motorcycle Program Report (SMPR). This report provides current and prospective riders and the motorcycle training community –including policymakers, the military, program managers, rider advocacy organizations, RiderCoaches, RiderCoach Trainers, site sponsors, and State Administrators – with accurate and up-to-date information about state motorcycle programs throughout the country.

This report features important contact information, financial and funding information, state statistics, training demographics, and an overview on each state program. These reports will also provide anyone seeking information on motorcycle training in a particular state with easy access to information on licensing, reciprocity, state training requirements, customer service procedures, special programs, and other pertinent information.

State motorcycle program Administrators, Coordinators, and Managers are always welcome to submit, in addition to what is requested, information about additional achievements and awards, state specific motorcycle laws, ect. For more information, please feel free to contact Don Ankrom, Administrator of Training Systems at dankrom@msf-usa.org.
